I have been renting from the company for almost 4 years now. It really depends on the property manger you get. Donna is wonderful she handled out first house. Our property manager now not so great. The company as whole it great. I am glad we went with them!

I really hope that this review helps someone in the future. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will do whatever it takes to keep your security deposit and possibly even charge more. Please be careful

I have rented from this company for the past 2 years and I can say that they are by far the best management company I have dealt with in the Jacksonville area. Great people with very fair policies.

I have no problems with this company… I had a 1 year lease and I just renewed for another year. My property manager is very helpful and courteous.

I am in my 2nd rental with this company and THEY ARE GREAT. I rented for 2 years, moved out of the area and moved back a year later. I immediately contacted them to rent again. Each time my lease was explained in detail, and I knew what they expected of me and my expectations of them were met 100%. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mary, all I can tell you is wait until it’s time to move out and see how helpful Raenell is. She was my property manager also and while I was in the house she was okay but once I moved out she charged me for outrageous items that any reasonable person would disagree with. And to respond to your comment, I was an excellent tenant. That’s why I’m so angry at FMG’s blatant crookedness.

I laugh as I read every negative review for Federated Management Group. You complainers are hilarious. You were all exceptional tenants and were just taken advantage of. You are so adament yet too chicken to attach a name to your review. I have rented from Federated for 3 1/2 years. I always am able to reach my property manager Raenell, or her associate. Any repairs have been promptly taken care of. I could not be happier. My recommendation to all you complainers….READ YOUR LEASE! It states if you break a lease, you are responsible. If you damage the home you will be responsible, etc.,etc. I guess what all the complainers don’t want to do is …. take responsibility for their actions! This is a great company and I recommend them highly.

I have worked with Sue Stephens. Federated Management Groups homes are cleaner and nicer than most as well as reasonably priced.

I have recently moved out of a federated management property and I will say it was a horrible experience. Within 2 weeks of moving into the place, my fridge packs it in and when I call them they tell me it’s not an emergency….yeah right all the food I had in there went to waste! I was robbed 4 months down the line and buglars stole the a/c unit and they wanted me to pay to get a new one. I wouldn’t say I was the best tenant in the world. I once broke a draw in another rental property and still receives some of my deposit back. Federated management wanted me to replace the front lawn of the house!! Are you serious!!! They tried to charge me almost 2 months rent worth for damages. I fought them and then magical they decided that the damages were excessive and $3,231 went down to $1,050 (my security deposit) mighty convenient that all of a sudden the charges were excessive. Do you freaking job right the first time around. I will never refer this company to anyone. Just a side now, in the last 12 months the BBB has received 36 complaints about this company.
