VERY dissapointed! Bad management, very rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful, they billed us huge amounts after our move out for invalid claims. We left our home in perfect & better condition upon move out, they billed for us for false claims. They cancelled our walk thru appointment, but didn't let us know. We waited for hours for them, and were never able to complete final walk thru. We called management, they were rude and hung up when questioned the bill due for damages. It took almost 6 months for us to get our pool key from them that they should have had upon lease signing. We were excellent tenants with pride in our home. However they were rude and unprofessional and money hungry. Skip this company if you are leasing a home, they will make your lease term very frustrating!!
