They don’t do a very good job of finding a tenant to fill the home. I ended up having to find tenants stricly on my own. I don’t think their advertising methods are very good and not worth what you end up paying for them.

Tenants were displeased by responsiveness to maintenance requests and would routinely have to call multiple times to find out when someone would be coming out to do the repairs so that someone would be home.

Overall responsiveness as a landlord is very poor. Rarely ever answers the phone when you do call, rarely ever responds to voicemails left. Email is much better but more often than not the email receives no response. I’ve tried emailing multiple questions in an email and not every question is answered. I’ve tried emails with each item in a separate email and some will get answered and others are not.

I opted not to renew with them when our contract ended.
