Wow, this is the most disorganized god aweful management company I have ever dealt with. They are exceptionally unproffesional, to the point that they absolutely never answer emails, telephone calls etc. After living in one building that they have managed, I will always steer clear of anything that Altman manages. I would highly discourage anyone from subjecting yourself to the dissapointment that comes with this company
Unprofessional, slap-dash, slow, and impersonal. You never get a person, you can only leave voice mail, and these are usually ignored. Multiple calls needed for the most minor service issues, and they respond to major issues (like plumbing leaks) in a couple days. It’s rare that they respond to questions about leases, rent, etc. Overall a very shabby operation.
