AMMRE has managed my property for some time. I found their customer service to be horrible, attention to detail lacking, and finally had to find another property management firm.
They do not return phone calls, are only available through email, do not respond to tenant or landlord requests in a timely manner, do not do a thorough walk through between tenants to make sure broken things get fixed, I could go on, but won’t.
In short, AMMRE was there to collect rent and nothing else. I find this particularly true with the current owners. I finally had to get a new property management firm for my rental property.
