Four Seasons Property Management
Four Seasons Property Management is a full service property management company specializing in the rental of single family homes, duplexes, and small multi family units in and around the Charlotte area. They have been in business for 22 years and currently manage approximately 650 units. Four Seasons employs six full time employees, two of which are North Carolina licensed Brokers and Realtors. Of the remaining staff, three are support office staff and one supervises all maintenance. While they are licensed Realtors they choose to specialize in property management only. they handle the full rental cycle from preparing a unit for showing, advertising and marketing the property, qualifying and placing tenants, handling any maintenance and repairs, and helping the tenant through the process of leaving. This cycle can also include the eviction process if needed.
