    I agree with these other reviews completely. Unfortunately I still have another month to deal with these people. I’m sure they are going to find a reason to keep my security deposit. They painted over previous damage to the ceiling from moisture collection in the bathroom. When we told them about the condensation on the ceiling and that the bathroom needed a vent, they said it was our responsibility to wipe down the ceiling everyday to prevent damage. And wouldn’t acknowledge that they had just painted over the existing damage. When the stove broke, they spent a few days just arguing with me that the oven was just overheating. At 180 degrees? Really? I explained that ovens are supposed to heat up. That’s how they cook the food. Finally they sent a repair person who confirmed that the stove was broken. We ended up going 2 weeks without a stove or oven. They are very dishonest, and rude to work with. Anytime an issue arises, they make it out to be our problem, and not theirs. We had standing water in the basement of the house that damaged some vinyl tiles. We called them immediately, but they couldn’t come out till the next morning. By the next morning, the water had dried up, and we couldn’t find a leak or anything. It is still a mystery. I don’t know if perhaps it was rain water from 3 consecutive days of rain, or what. But they handed us the bill. How is this our fault? I’m not sure. At this point, I am tempted to just pay the bill, so I don’t have to deal with their lies anymore. They are insisting that my husband told them that we left a faucet running. All my husband said was that we checked the faucets to make sure they weren’t leaking. Such shady people. We are home owners ourselves and have renters. I just can’t imagine treating our tenants that way. And for those of you looking for a management company to use for your house, let me tell you this is not the one. This house was vacant for 5 months before we rented it, and it is under priced and in a great part of town. I feel bad for the homeowner. She could get so much more rent. They don’t make much effort in advertising, and they scare people away because they are so nasty to deal with. Hope this helps.

    The customer service was terrible. I never got a person on the phone when calling the office, and repairs never took less than a week. Even big issues, like broken showers that won’t stop leaking or broken locks that did not keep the door closed were ignored. Besides renting a cute house, I have nothing positive to say about this company.
