Tiner Properties saved me! I had tenants that had became freeloaders – they were not paying rent, had painted rooms in my house horrible colors and were far from clean and tidy. I hired Tiner and they came in taking care of all the legal issues necessary and completed a successful eviction as well as taking care of all the repairs and clean-up. When that was completed, they found new tenants quickly and handled all the lease and move-in issues. Since then they have handled my property so well, I don’t even think about it any more.
Pam Oneil is very unprofessional. She never answers her calls unless she needs something. Never takes care of issues. Answers questions with questions. I would not reccommend Tiner properties to any one.
As a good paying tenant, who has owned and rented homes, warning, the worst property management company I have ever rented from, rude people,
24 hour notice of inspections, if something breaks its your fault and if they choose to fix it, it will be when they want to, they nickle and dime you for everything, rude property managers, they treat you like you are crap and they forget that good paying tenants are the ones that pay their rent on time are making their living for them, High deposit, no return and the worst part is giving your money to people who don’t appreciate good paying tenants, so wish them luck and warn everyone else to not get trapped into a lease with them!
The worst period, pam oneil will abuse you. I moved out after 2 weeks
because I couldnt breathe in the house. They(tiner) are now trying to
take my entire security deposit 1245.00 leaving me with 300.Court is my next step. They rented the place right away yet are charging me
200 advertising fee and 560 lease break fee.Total crap. Be warned you
will regret a lease with them.
